Tim became as Associate of the Insurance Institute in 1997 and has been actively involved, for over 30 years, in various roles in the non life insurance industry, including as an administrator, broker and underwriter, .
He is on a permanent quest to master the technical aspects of risk and insurance, but experience the most satisfaction by helping his team grow and by helping as many people as possible with INSURANCE.
When he is not helping people with INSURANCE, he is pursuing his passion for fine art photography and exploring the beauty of the natural world.

As someone who works in Client Services, Mantana has the privilege of talking to folks from all walks of life. Anton Jordaan is a Risk Advisor at Chadwicks. He studied Entrepreneurship and Industrial Psychology at Stellenbosch University, which gave him a solid understanding of how businesses operate and how people make decisions. He applies both of those to his work every day.
At 22, Anton is newer to the insurance industry. He sees that as an advantage. He does not carry the habits that give insurance its bad reputation. He is not chasing premium or rushing through renewals. He asks the questions that many advisors stopped asking years ago, because he is still curious enough to dig. His goal with every client is simple: make sure they know exactly what their policy covers and where it stops, before they ever need to use it.
Beyond his advisory work, Anton is involved in the strategic direction of the firm. He built and maintains the Chadwicks website, contributes to the firm's marketing and visual identity, and writes on LinkedIn about risk and insurance in plain language.
Outside of work, Anton is on the trails with his GoPro or making music and taking photographs. He enjoys a good braai with family and friends. His Christian faith shapes how he approaches his relationships and his work.

Added to this is his attention to detail, listening skills and his “no task is too big” attitude, which makes him a great team player and asset to the business.
Matthew’s passion for insurance began after exploring various fields, including mechatronics engineering, genetics, and human anatomy & physiology, as well as serving as a youth pastor and public speaker.
