Emergencies Do Not Keep Office Hours

Chadwicks Assist is an emergency support service available exclusively to Chadwicks clients. It gives you access to roadside, medical and home assistance, anytime, anywhere in South Africa.

Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm (excluding Public Holidays). Outside of these hours, Chadwicks Assist is your first point of contact.

Home Safe Chauffeur

Home Safe Chauffeur

A service designed to get you and your vehicle home safely. A vehicle with two drivers (where possible) will be dispatched to drive you home in your own car.

How It Works

A driver is dispatched to your location
You are driven home in your own vehicle
All drivers hold a public driver's permit

Availability

Mondays to Thursdays: 17:00 - 01:00
Fridays: 15:00 - 03:00
Saturdays: 16:00 - 02:00
Sundays: 16:00 - midnight

We will, at your request, relay notification of emergencies to the police, traffic, fire brigade, ambulance, security or any other emergency service provider.

Crime Assist

Crime Assist

A 24 hour crisis management service to assist you in the event of a hi-jacking or home invasion.
