It Was Never Just A House
It is where your children measured their height against the doorframe.
Your watch was never just a watch. Your insurers policy schedule usually calls it “House Contents”.
Personal insurance is very personal, yet most of it is sold like airtime.
We are about what things mean to you, not just what they cost. Which requires knowing you. And real care. Risk first, insurance second. At home too.

You Are Exclusive
Boutique insurance.Not commodity insurance.
We give you what you need, not necessarily what you want. It is a blunt statement, but it sets the course clearly and honestly.
Chadwicks is not for everyone. We work best with discerning clients who want a specialist who understands risk and insurance better than they do and who rely on that expertise to make well informed decisions.
If you are looking for someone to follow instructions, get cheap quotes and ignore your claims history, we are probably not a good fit.
If you want a brokerage that knows more about insurance than you do and who uses that judgement to help you structure your cover properly, you will feel right at home here.
