Shaan’s Bachelor of Commerce degree in Management Sciences helped her develop strong analytical and project management skills which she uses to effectively manage and organise her tasks while ensuring the smooth delivery of services to clients. Shaan enjoys working, collaborating with, and learning from the Chadwicks Team as they are continuously working together to provide clients with exceptional client experiences, while fostering a positive and enjoyable work environment.

With a background in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management from Stellenbosch University, Anton applies analytical and problem solving skills to translate complex risk scenarios into clear, actionable insurance programs. His approach combines industry expertise with innovative thinking to deliver protection tailored to each client's needs
Anton leads Chadwicks digital presence initiatives to enhance client experience, creating valuable content for the company website, newsletters, and social media. He focuses on modernizing client interactions and gathering feedback to continually improve service delivery..
Anton loves outdoor adventures, he can be found hiking trails with his GoPro, expressing creativity through photography and music. He enjoys quality time, braaiing with family and friends. His Christian faith guides his values and authentic approach to both relationships and business.
Mantana revels in her job, which in her words “is all about helping people with INSURANCE”.
She is the proud manager of a team with some pretty amazing skills and has helped them grow and hone their skills over many years. Her goal is to make INSURANCE fast, friendly, and simple - so you can get on with your life.
As someone who works in Client Services, Mantana has the privilege of talking to folks from all walks of life. She believes this is one of the best parts of my job, as “there is nothing quite as fulfilling as helping someone navigate the sometimes confusing world of INSURANCE”. She says it feels great to know that we're making a difference in people's lives by ensuring their assets are protected.

In her spare time she enjoys doing Family History work, Scrapbooking and also, spending time with her grandchildren.

Outside of work, Tayla enjoys reading, baking and playing the piano - all skills she has refined over the years. She is also deeply committed to giving back to her community, dedicating much of her free time to volunteering at her local church. Matthew is proud to be part of Chadwicks, a privately owned boutique insurance broker business, mainly specializing in bespoke insurance solutions for both commercial organizations and high net worth individuals.
He has a natural flair for all things risk and insurance and is intrigued by the diverse world of insurance. His open, friendly and engaging manner make him the ideal insurance broker. Added to this is his attention to detail, listening skills and his “no task is too big” attitude, which makes him a great team player and asset to the business.
Matthew’s passion for insurance began after exploring various fields, including mechatronics engineering, genetics, and human anatomy & physiology, as well as serving as a youth pastor and public speaker. This diverse background has equipped him with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, which have proven invaluable in his current Client Development role in Chadwicks.
When Matthew is not helping clients, he enjoys traveling, golfing and trying different cuisines.
Tim is the proud owner of Chadwicks, which was founded in 2003, and is really passionate about ensuring that everything the business does represents the brand and Chadwicks purpose, which is to show people that INSURANCE can and should be Fast, Friendly & Simple.
Tim became as Associate of the Insurance Institute in 1997 and has been actively involved, for over 30 years, in various roles in the short term insurance industry, including as an administrator, broker and underwriter, .
He is on a permanent quest to master the technical aspects of risk and insurance, but experience the most satisfaction by helping his team grow and by helping as many people as possible with INSURANCE.
When he is not helping people with INSURANCE, he is pursuing his passion for fine art photography and exploring the beauty of the natural world.
Shumonay is a dedicated insurance claim professional with over 20 years of experience in the industry. She possesses a strong understanding of insurance policies, practices and procedures, which enables her to provide expert guidance and assistance to clients during the claims process.
Teamwork comes naturally to Shumonay and its no surprise that she loves working in team Chadwicks - a team that is fully committed, professional and caring.
Shumonay is also known for her exceptional customer service skills and ability to handle delicate and complex claim situations with sensitivity and professionalism.
